My travel trailer broke down about 8 pm on I-10 as we were passing through Houston headed West. Mitch at Felton's was able to find a mechanic at that late time on Saturday night to help us get off very busy interstate and my trailer into Felton's RV mechanical lot where we got electricity for our A.C. and slept for two nights.
I was actually calling to find out if they did inspection on RV homes because I called around to about 15/20 Businesses and none could help me . Finally I got to Felton's and spoke with A guy named MITCH. He was so helpful patient and nice because i think he knew I was frustrated. He was so helpful and willing to direct me to where I need to be. The customer service here is excellent !!
After calling several other people to help with an emergency issue, thank God for Mitch and Bob for kindly taking time out of their Saturday to, at very short notice, come to our rescue!! "Felton's RV Service was a lifesaver for my husband and me! Traveling from Virginia to the Texas Gulf Coast in our brand new Class C motorhome, we had both damage and system failures to cope with. Mitch and Benjamin fixed our long slide and our auto-level stabilizers, correctly re-installed our tankless water heater, and replaced our rooftop cell receiver/wifi booster. Mitch also let me know about and then took care of the safety inspection we would need for our Texas vehicle registration. All in four days, so we could get back on the road quickly! I wanted to give a attaboy and high recommendation to Mr. Mitch at Feltons RV. Service. I brought a very damaged R.V. to Mr. Mitch, when I arrived I was ready to donate it to him due to the damage to the unit. Mr. Mitch stated that he could repair it in a short amount of time, and not a huge amount of money for the repair. Of course, the RV industry has changed and grown tremendously during the past several decades. Today, it’s not unusual for Felton’s and other service shops to encounter RVs with four slide-outs and systems that would bewilder even the most skilled mechanics of Machost’s generation.
